Do you offer financing?

Yes.  We offer a wide variety of financing options through our partners, including no interest, delayed interest, and low interest fixed loans.

How long will my project take?

Each project has a number of variables we consider, including whether or not insurance companies, HOA’s, and mortgage companies are involved.  However, once paperwork has been signed and approved, projects usually start the installation process just a few short weeks thereafter.  Installation for roofing, gutters, siding, painting and windows typically only last a few days each.

Can I use a credit card?

Yes.  Contracts are quoted at our cash discounted rate, so any payments made via credit card will incur a 3% additional processing fee.

I have an insurance claim, can you help?

Yes.  We work with insurance carriers from State Farm to Allstate, and more, to help restore customer’s properties that have been damaged by hail or wind storms.  Our sales consultants will walk you through understanding your claim estimate and how we can help.

Are 1st Priority Roofing and 1st Priority Home Improvement different companies from 1st Priority?

1st Priority Roofing and 1st Priority Home Improvement are divisions of our parent company, 1st Priority.  These divisions handle different aspects of customer needs, under the banner company name – 1st Priority.
